Orders are delivered via the Royal Mail with first class (24 hours tracked) delivery. However, all our products are made to order and therefore take 1-2 weeks to be dispatched. For shipments outside of the UK any import fees are the responsibility of the customerand must be paid before delivery can be completed, please track your package using the code provided to be informed of any import fees.

As we are a small business all our products are made to order just for you! This helps us reduce waste and our environmental impact. Therefore, we currently do not expect refunds or exchanges.
